Nicolò has 10+ years of experience in legal and data protection with a focus on ICT sector. He currently leads the Cleafy's Legal Team, supporting the company in all legal and data protection matters, from customer contracts to compliance, including new regulations (AI, NIS, whistleblowing, 231, GDPR, etc.). He also manages all legal aspects related to M&A transactions, employees' training on new regulations, strategic business partnerships with third-parties, negotiations with new clients and he supports the Product Team for the development of new product features from a privacy and security by design perspective.
