Job description

Cleafy is looking for a Solutions Architect that is eager to help protect primary Global Financial Institutions from most advanced attacks and fraud patterns. Cleafy Solutions Architect must have the ability to earn the respect and trust of each customer through knowledge and understanding of service delivery and how these fit into our customer’s overall environment.

As part of Cleafy Customer Engineering team you will support our customers in deploying, adopting and integrating Cleafy Platform solution to manage frauds at scale. A successful candidate must be action oriented, capable of effectively identify customers’ needs and help solve complex technical problems with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design the high-level architecture of the solution (data flows, integration methods, technical processes) in relation to customers’ requirements and existing infrastructure
  • Manage technical and functional aspects of a customer integration project including assessment, configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go live support
  • Identify customer needs and map them in technical requirements
  • Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies
  • Resolve technical problems as they arise
  • Create and maintain documentation on installations, procedures, and incidents
  • Engage with customers and guides them in the full adoption of the product
  • Ensure ongoing availability and adoption of customer installations
  • Work on new and existing product initiatives

Requirements

  • 1+ years of system integration in complex enterprise environments
  • Good technical knowledge in one or more relevant areas for the Cleafy business, such as application delivery controllers, load balancers, WAF, end-point security, incident response or network management
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and other technologies involved in delivering sophisticated web services
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security principles and best practices
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to analyse complex scenarios and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills

Other Requirements

  • BS/MS inEngineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related disciplines
  • Fluency in English and basic Italian are required
  • Knowledge of Spanish, French or German is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Android and iOS platform and ecosystems isa plus
  • Optional: Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash and/or Python
