Job description

Cleafy is looking for a Customer Security Specialist (CSS) eager to join the Customer Success team for protecting Financial Institutions against online fraud.

You‘ll have the critical role to earn the respect and trust of customers, through demonstrating knowledge, listening, advising, planning and executing.

You’ll support customers in getting the most out of the Cleafy Platform, helping them investigate new attack patterns that were previously undetected, re-tune the Cleafy platform according to the new findings, and evolve existent processes and procedures.

At the same time, you’ll support Cleafy Threat Intelligence team in identifying and managing new threats, and the Cleafy Product team in evolving the platform.

Yours will be a customer-facing consultancy role, involving multiple high level responsibilities:

  • carrying-on with precise analytics;
  • advising customers on fraud detection and prevention strategies with your domain knowledge expertise;
  • supporting customers people, from operational fraud investigators up to managers and executives, in making the best decisions;

This role is going to provide you with a unique view on the status and evolution of global cyber-threats.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong relationship with fellow fraud fighters within the customer base, supporting and enabling them to get the maximum value out of the Cleafy platform;
  • Provide subject matter expertise support to our customers, driving the use of Cleafy in achieving their strategic targets;
  • Work with customers and internally dedicated Cleafy teams to have the best fraud detection rate while optimizing friction for good users;
  • Use an analytic and data-driven approach proving the value of the Cleafy platform against specific success criteria mutually agreed upon with the customer;
  • Deliver reporting and insights on fraud detection performance based on qualitative and quantitative indicators;
  • Educate customers on modern threats and fraud patterns, demonstrating hands-on how to manage them effectively with Cleafy;
  • Continually focus on leading customers towards best practices.
  • Be a voice of the customer to internal Cleafy functions to drive our product strategy and delivery.
  • Share exciting stories and learnings from the field with our Sales Enablement and Marketing functions.
  • Support Cleafy Threat Intelligence team in researching new and emerging threats across our primary use cases;
  • Support the customer in investigating specific fraud incidents leveraging both the Cleafy platform and other customer's fraud management tools and evidence;
  • Work with customers deploying, through Cleafy, proper countermeasures mitigating acute fraud attacks while reporting internally to the Threat Intelligence team;
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert support to the Cleafy Sales functions to enable them in new customer acquisitions.
  • Occasionally participate at fairs and events;

Requirements

  • 3+ years of working experience in the enterprise cybersecurity, fraud management, or risk-management areas;
  • Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams;
  • Solid knowledge of web and mobile security principles, techniques, and technologies;
  • Good understanding of the technical aspects of web and mobile application security;
  • Expertise with data visualization and dashboard tools;
  • Strong presentation skills with a proven record of presenting to a range of audience types;
  • Great business and customer relationships;
  • Good communications and teamwork skills;
  • Strong analytical mindset;
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and motivated individual;
  • Professional attitude
  • Requires availability for travel to meet customers and lead onsite workshops;
  • Full-time, flexible working hours

Plus

  • Experience with financial institutions' fraud or cybersecurity departments;
  • Experience with enterprise fraud management or cybersecurity tools;
  • Experience in the Identity Access Management area.
