Regional Sales Manager

Job description

Successful candidates will have a measurable track record in building, managing, and delivering high performing sales results within Enterprise Customers. This individual will play a key role driving a significant share of revenue for Cleafy. This will be an individual contributor role.

Responsabilities

  • Consistently deliver challenging license and service revenue targets
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprise in financial and other sectors by selling value and return on investment
  • Territory mapping, pipeline generation, account planning and opportunity management
  • Dedication to accurate forecasting, results and deadlines
  • Adopt our sales methodology (MEDDIC) and processes effectively
  • Cooperate with partners to maximize territory coverage
  • Good company citizen and team member
  • Provide two-way flow of meaningful and timely information to ensure efficient use and deployment of resources
  • Proactively provide timely and insightful input back to other company functions, particularly product management and marketing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct and channel selling experience to large Enterprises
  • Track record with customers in Financial Services sector in EMEA
  • Previously carried a million-dollar quota and exceeded it (President’s Club, Serial Over Achiever) in selling software licenses - start-up experience is an plus
  • Ability to grow and scale upward with the company - first line management experience is a plus
  • Extensive experience in selling to security teams in Financial Services sector in Italy and other EMEA countries
  • Consistent record in building strong, long-term relationships with Key Executive stakeholders within the Financial Services sector
  • Very comfortable in the “C” suite
  • Self-starter who takes initiatives and works by business-driven priorities
  • Curious and constantly interesting in improving knowledge of industry, market, and competitors
  • Strong interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, fast-growing, rapidly changing environment
  • Able to work independently and remotely
  • Motivated and performance driven

Other requirements

  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French or German is a plus
