Cleafy is looking for a Senior Customer Engineer that is eager to help protect primary Global Financial Institutions from the most advanced attacks and fraud patterns. Cleafy Customer Engineer must have the ability to earn the respect and trust of each customer through knowledge and understanding of service delivery and how these fit into our customer’s overall environment.
As part of the Cleafy Customer Engineering team, you will support our customers in deploying, adopting, and integrating Cleafy Platform solutions to manage frauds at scale.
A successful candidate must be action-oriented, capable of effectively identifying customers’ needs, and independently solve complex technical problems with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives.
